McDonald's in Germersheim

Cold burgers with 4 orders, something is almost always missing from the orders. Today, as always, the toys are missing from the Happy Meal. Absolutely bad service from the staff

January 11th, 2021 no cola to order, ordered without tomatoes but had tomatoes on it. 1 star is already too much

Very clean

Drive in counter: no waiting time, we got right through it. The staff was friendly. Food: Mc Rip, nuggets and big hash browns were ok. French fries could have been fried a little longer, were still soft, not crispy. Served and wet wipes were included in sufficient numbers. Unfortunately, the ordered chocolate sprinkles were not sprinkled over the Mc Flurry ice cream, a shame.

Unfriendly staff on the drive 12/31/20! Had a code about the app that the MA did not understand. I told you again earlier that the code is invalid. Then called the colleague with an MA card, who ate us with her eyes, so bad on it with the sentence "What do we want now?" In all honesty, it's not my problem if your systems are not compatible with the app :)

Playground is often closed. Otherwise it's okay.

Very bad hygiene concept, all tables were dirty. They were only cleaned when requested, but not ours. The shop has always been a bit dingy, but in times of coroners you want a little more cleanliness. Is there no health department dropping by? Unfortunately that gives zero stars. It works much better in Landau, you are brought to a freshly disinfected table by the staff.

Attention with the McDrive you almost always get too little or the wrong thing packed in. But mostly something is missing. Really a mess! If you go there again to get it, there's not even an excuse. Disgusting.....

I'm finally fed up with this restaurant. Things that have been ordered and paid for are always missing in the DriveIn. Sometimes a BigMac here or a RoyalTS there ... Today everything was checked for completeness and found at home that the Royal Cheese does not have 2 slices of beef as ordered, but only one, although there was even a sticker on the packaging with the extra order. At least 1.30 again ... This is how you do business ... Great, thank you very much

For fast food, McDonald's is really good. The staff tries hard to offer a good and friendly service. And the price is not too high if you order for 20 people ??

The burgers are always cold, every time I have to give them back was already 4 times like that!

With the new paper tubes it has become impossible to drink milkshakes. They clog after a few minutes and become soft. I gave up on milkshakes.

The best thing to do is to look immediately into the bag in the McDrive if everything is correct: D this mistake will never happen to me again! Otherwise a McDonalds like any other.

Toilets were a disaster! Cleanliness looks different. Service at the checkout could have been a little friendlier.

Clean. They use the kiosk system but if you don't use credit you have to get in line for the register. The line can get very long during lunch, especially if they are only using 1 of 2 registers. Other then that, it's not bad for a McDonald's.

Due to time constraints, we stopped here today with our children. The McDonald is like many others from the inside freshly renovated there is only one cashier and 4 vending machines where you can order your food for it is brought to the table which was very fast especially with the second order. I did not like the cleanliness in the resturant and on the toilets, there are no glasses on the toilet which is really cold at the end of the day. In the outdoor area there is the possibility for the children to slide and romp unfortunately the clouded by the many smokers who completely fog this playground for families so not recommended. We will for sure go next time to the Burgerking which is in sight.

The service was very impolite. The payment system did not work well and charged me twice. The waiters did not believe me (even though I showed them the receipt of the payments on my phone) and they did not deliever the products nor give me my money back. I had to call my bank to cancel the charges.

Located at the city centre. Right opposite to Mannheim wasserturm. Perfect place for the quick meal.
